Trout Recipes.

Rainbow trout is a healthy and sustainable fish. RWFF are pleased to provide this collection of recipes to help promote the eating of local caught trout.

Trout can be oven cooked whole, or filleted and then grilled or pan fried. It is also suitable for wrapping in foil and cooking on a BBQ.

Other methods of preparing trout include hot and cold smoking. It is also able to be cured and eaten raw providing the correct hygiene and preparation guidelines are followed.
